On Sunday, align your energy with Pilates, explore a local vineyard with a private wine tour and immerse yourself in deep relaxation with a Candlelight Yoga Nidra session surrounded by peaceful nature and followed by a bonfire.

Monday starts with working your core during a morning Pilates and allows for relaxing by the pool, an optional surf lesson or a hike around nearby hills. Golden hour yin yoga brings the day to a close before a farewell dinner on the terrace.
